She is sired by our late and deeply cherished stallion JC'S Big Brown, a horse whose legacy continues to shape our program. Big Brown’s pedigree alone set him apart. His sire, ZJ’s Windwalker, is a true legend in the Shetland Pony world — a 9-time Superior Sire and the only stallion in the history of the Shetland Pony Club to earn five Superior Sire titles in AMHR and four in ASPC. Windwalker’s influence on refinement, presence, and athletic ability is unmatched, and those traits flowed strongly into Big Brown.

Big Brown’s dam, JC’s Minnie Penny, is a Superior Dam and herself a daughter of Windwalker, solidifying one of the most powerful crosses in the modern Shetland and miniature industry. Big Brown was known for his regal look — tippy ears, an eye-catching face, a high head set, and beautiful floating movement. Perhaps even more remarkable was his ability to consistently outproduce himself. His foals inherit his refinement, structure, and that unmistakable show-ring presence that makes them stand apart.

On the dam side, Primadonna is out of Bondes Bouncin B Pyros Primrose — an absolutely stunning mare who captured our hearts from the very first glance. Primrose’s beauty quite literally took our breath away. Her gorgeous face, framed by beautiful tippy ears, is complemented by a long, hooky neck that ties seamlessly into a refined, slender frame. She is elegance in motion and one of the most striking mares you will ever encounter.

Primrose’s pedigree adds even more depth and quality. Her dam, Buckeye WCF 1 Hot Unforgettable, is a Hall of Fame driving mare known for her talent and commanding ring presence. On her sire’s side, Rhapsody’s Pyrotechnic — a grandson of the legendary Bar G Rock E — contributes additional refinement, charisma, and proven performance blood.
